I gave a poor review about an experience from drive thru . The Old Saybrook Manager immediately called me and harassed me. I witnessed the Old Saybrook Manager identify herself to a drive-thru customer . There was yelling between the * parties. At the end the Manager Yells “fuc! Off. (Words by Manager) that was upsetting to witness. I left the store and came home to find out my prescriptions fill was incorrect. I got a survey and filled it out. As per conversation, the Manager wanted to know why I gave a poor review. ( * minutes after I completed survey the phone rings) I explained what I witnessed and that there was a mistake in my prescription fill . The person who I talked with on the phone about my prescription was asking personal questions and proceeded to say I was misusing my cream. I tried politely and calmly, that was not the case. I get * boxes not * every ** days. I never got a warning! The manager “yells your being rude and everyone has been swearing and yelling at me. Im done with you”. Im calling your doctors office . I called Sarah Thibeault and she did nothing. she referred me to L. Pellino and he never contacted me. Sarah said to expect a call. Nothing! Now Im getting phone calls that prescriptions have been filled to pick up! ? Confused. I have never ever been treated so poorly. I witnessed a terrible scene between another customer and a manager. it was not me! The manager took her anger out on me!I tried to explain that but got told off and yelled at. I was told I was swearing and being rude. I was asking questions? Not being rude. It was the Manager being unprofessional. I want to know why my prescriptions remainbeing filled in Old Saybrook? charging my insurance YET Im not allowed to be at the Old Saybrook branch?I would like to talk with a human and understand why I was banned without being warned ? Is it because I gave a poor review? I have been at the branch for over ** years. and been bullied out of it. Why didnt the pharmacist contact me first? Get the facts? Isn’t there cameras out in drive thru to witness the scenes? I plan on contacting the CVS President. And sharing my poor experience through social media. I gave great detail to Sarah Thibeault. NOTHING has changed. why did I get kicked out of CVS in OLD Saybrook, for a bad review? Why didnt I get a warning? Why is this Manager treating customers poorly and unfairly? Why hasn’t anyone in corporate management contacted me? This event occurred *********. How do I stop getting robo calls from Old Saybrook office ? As they ban me from the branch!!!!
