When purchasing a flight through KAYAK, (Booking reference: JSPVUM,) I checked the box for flight insurance. The proper total $*** ($*** for the flight deal plus $** for the insurance) was displayed on my screen. I paid with my credit card, but the confirmation email I received from Alaska Airlines shows only the $*** price and when I checked on my credit card account, there was only a $*** charge to Alaska Airlines. I absolutely wanted flight insurance. As you know the times are crazy for flying right now. I made this reservation less than ** hours ago. Please add the insurance back onto my reservation and notify me asap. Thank you. Peter Fox *****@***.com.
