I had * factor auth set up on my account but recently reset my phone. I never recall receiving any backup codes, so I presume they are lost. I contacted support multiple times through email, and I have yet to hear back. **I realize this is a tough problem to resolve but you do have my phone number on file and I'm sure there is a low tech way to confirm that I am the account holder.**The problem is that I need to pause and edit the current campaigns. I don't want the mail to be marked as spam because it is out of date.**I have a process running that seems to be accessing the API OK. Should I use the API to disable *FA? Can I even do that?
Disable *FA? Use the mobile account on file to verify I'm the account holder? Call me? Ask me some account-related question?
