In this afternoon's mail I received a card from SafelLink stating that I had not used my service and so I would lose it if I don't start using it.**I use my SafeLink phone service to text every day, so I called the customer service number on the postcard: *-***-***-****.**I went through a series of menus, none of which related to my issue, until I got a menu with item number *: "Something else." I pressed * on my phone's keybpad, and the line went silent. I waited and waited unitl finally I heard a dial tone. Their phone system had hung up on me.
