Dear Samsung Customer Care team.**I am a fan of Samsung products, I like Samsung electronic devices very much. I have been using Samsung smart phones since Galaxy S* edge. However, I was not having as good experience as before on the service issue happened to my GalaxyS** recently June .**I bought my Galaxy GalaxyS*** and was show off, I was satisfied with the performance until May ****. I found color difference on parts of the screen when presenting the same picture's Phone display greenish & line. Therefore, I raised service ticket ********** on Oct **th **** mailed you this,my phone to service center in the Malad west.service center. From the service record, the solution was screen replacement.i dont think that after I buy a cell with high cost I dont mind the cost but I feel my response to Samsung will be -ive.*I got my phone back on Oct. **th, this all was issue after I undated the Samsung software . The solution was replacing the screen display.The estimate was shocking Rs.*****.** I am am a Royal Samsung phone user I like best.ie why I opted for Samsung Galaxy S**not a cheap phone but later my friend made fun of me.saying buy more Samsung.
