it is newly launch mobile galaxyzflip* purchase on **th sep did not use mobile for * days was busy on *rd day i started enjoying mobile n on *h night mobile display was blinking top part was not working lower part was working so i got tension n was thinking what * do next then next day i have taken to service center vijayawada n he said that screen should get change so whenevr i get response from company i wil collect n send n get repaired in company this mobile i was not k with this response what to do next i was not having any spare mobile so i couldint connect to any other source then through laptop i come to know customer care center number i called in query i come to know adres of other service center number n about careplus option for this premium mobile but service center person have said that due to fold this got damaged or display got spoiled but this is not in warranty but * days used mobile has no warranty then what is use of warranty new launch mobile n *lakh spent mobile now from morning i am calling only repeat matters is having no conclusion no solution what should i do next plz help i want genuient person to complete this problem or else refund my amount
