I bought an iPhone XR. Virgin says I needed a different SIM card. Then they said that phonebis not available with Virgin. Then I asked what phone can be connected. They said someone would call me back and they never did.**Case ************My outcome: I simply want to connect my new iPhone to my Virgin Mobile acct. please help. Thank you
