It's frustrating when the services aren't working properly again, causing daily issues with the console. Even though the console isn't that old, problems persist. It's confusing that some services work while others don't. It would be appreciated if more effort was put into fixing the ongoing issues without cutting corners. It's disheartening to see a decline in the quality of services since the Xbox [redacted] days. Hoping for a more reliable service considering the loyalty to Microsoft from the first Xbox. The monthly fee should guarantee consistent access without interruptions due to service breakdowns. Looking for a proper and thorough fix.

I used GroupMe 3 years ago but haven't used it since. Now my daughter's team is using it, so I tried to access it on my iPhone, which was not in my app store. I ended up creating a new account because I couldn't remember my old username and password. The system recognized my phone number ([redacted]) but I proceeded with the new account out of frustration. However, I am not receiving messages from my daughter's coach on the new account; they might be going to the old one. I would like to cancel the new account and retrieve access to my old account. During a recent remote session with AVG customer service, I was informed by a representative that my security software, TrendMicro Maximum Security, was compromised and required removal. Despite my refusal to proceed with the uninstallation, the individual, identified as "Simon", proceeded to uninstall my security program, including my Password Manager, resulting in the loss of all my passwords and issues with my Windows 10 browser and other applications. As a person dealing with the challenges of a closed-head injury affecting my cognitive functions and memory, I find it difficult to learn new processes quickly and require repetition. Due to these limitations, I am struggling to regain access to my account. My impaired typing skills further hinder my ability to navigate these procedures smoothly, making telephone communication essential. Currently using my wife's Laptop to reach out for assistance, her email address is <[redacted]>. My own email is <[redacted]>. Ideally, we hope to engage in group chats with tenants without requiring them to download an additional application. Despite spotting the RingCentral icon under the address bar in the Teams app, we are struggling to integrate both apps seamlessly for chats with tenants and maintenance staff, eliminating the need for tenants to download any app. Regrettably, we have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative from either Teams or RingCentral. This lack of customer support is quite frustrating. I am 58 years old and not particularly tech-savvy. My son, owner of BMR Group LLC, has tasked me with this, and I urgently require assistance in achieving his desired communication setup - group chats among tenants, maintenance, and management without tenant app downloads. I am uncertain whether adding tenant numbers to quick contacts in RingCentral is the solution, or how the two apps can collaborate. What is the intended function of linking RingCentral with Teams? I prefer direct assistance over automated responses as they have not proven fruitful. For verification purposes, I have been using the same account for several years and can confirm the account's IP address and creation location if required. I created a new Microsoft account but did not finish adding all my information, like my recovery email. I am using a Gateway Desktop with an Intel i7 processor, Windows 10, maxed out RAM, and multiple hard drives. The issue I am facing is with connecting to my 5G home internet. I encountered an issue while trying to buy a computer game on Battlestategames.com. When I entered my email, the website indicated that the domain provided was not valid. My email is [redacted] After looking into it, I found the message on their website: "If you use hotmail, outlook, live, or msn and are missing device ID or BSG emails, contact Microsoft support referring to our request SRX[redacted]ID, which Microsoft has not resolved." Hello, last night I was suddenly unable to access my Microsoft Word account on my Mac. Upon signing in, my account showed as unpaid. After reactivating my membership, I discovered that my most recent documents from the past two weeks, including one named "knock out," were missing. I used the autosave feature and saved these documents. I attempted to restore them from Onedrive without success. I simply wish to retrieve my documents. Though I am now wary of this service, I am hopeful that there is a way to recover my work, whether through data retrieval or if the documents are stored on your end linked to my account.

I am unable to access my computer because I have entered my PIN incorrectly multiple times and it has locked me out. A few months ago in March, I redeemed a subscription gift code, but lost access to my account after resetting my console. On May 20, money was withdrawn from my card.
