I bought an elliptical exercise machine and first time in use one of the pedals came loose. I believe it is due to bad installation. I called for two weeks and no one answered. I called and called and Finally reached some one who said they put and order in and I would receive a call within ** hours to schedule repair. The call never came. I called again and once again the person on the phone some for sure would call me with in ** hours. No call again. I went into the store to schedule someone to pick up the machine because at this time I wanted to return it. I was told I had to call this number I called and was told they did not do that by four different departments and an hour and half later I told to call the same number I had originally scheduled called. I have gotten the run around and am no longer interested in exercise equipment. I want the equipment picked up and my money back. I have been a long time SEARS customer but no more. I can not believe how badly it is being run. No one knows how to solve a simple problem. Schedule a pick up date and return my money. This is what I want.
