I took my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad Februar **th. Rep. told me I had to purchase a * year service agreement in order for them to work on my computer. I purchase it. Also told me I had to accept the Webroot security system for an additional $**. Also purchased an external hard drive at their suggestion. Total bill was $***. I picked up my computer whenever they called. They did not demonstrate that it was repaired. Just gave me the computer and said it was fixed. When I got home the hard drive had not been installed, my **** Office program had not been installed. I tried to call them and was on hold on two diffrent times for about ** minutes, listening to their music. I followed all of the recorded prompts. I entered the "agent's" extension, more holding. No chance to leave a message. I sent the agent two emails, no response after three days. I spent about * hours trying to get my computer operating. I cancelled the Service Agreement on Feb **th. I have sent them an email requesting a refund to my Visa card. As usual, no response. Here is the details regarding the cancellation confirmation: CANCELATION DETAILS*Best Buy Total Tech Support Yearly Subscription*Member Number:*BBYTTS**************Cancelation Date:*********** I want a refund.
