I have Centurylink tv and I am getting status *** on one tv not all. I have bought and attached a new wall plate and coax cable. I turn on the box and tv and after searching for channels up **% I continually get an interruption has occurred in your service status ***. Other TVs work fine.
GetHuman-btoma did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
I have an issue with CenturyLink too
How GetHuman-btoma fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-btoma to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
