Hi. Yesterday morning I bought tickets to the Clinton Kane concert on ticketmaster. The concert venue was only taking tickets through AXS, so ticketmaster said through an email that my tickets that I bought would be transferred to AXS, perfectly in time for my concert. After waiting a couple hours my tickets were ready to be accepted, and it told me to follow the instructions to retrieve them. One of the first instructions was to create an account on AXS using the same email I used for my purchase of the tickets on ticketmaster. However, I already had an account on AXS with that email. After hours and hours had gone by, my tickets never showed up on my AXS account. By the time I arrived to the venue, (*pm* gates opened at *:**) my tickets still did not show up. I looked through every FAQs ticketmaster & AXS had on it website, and still did not get any tickets. I even emailed AXS & Ticketmaster on MULTIPLE occasions, in hopes that I could get some sort of answer, or any type of help to fix the problem. I even tried using live chats* I waited an entire HOUR for anyone to join, hoping SOMEONE would help me. No one ever came on the live chat to help, despite telling me someone would help me shortly. I was unable to find any number I could call to help me fix the issue. The doors had finally opened and I was extremely anxious and stressed due to having no tickets on AXS. I hoped that if I explained the issue I was having they’d let me through and things would have been okay despite not having my barcode for my tickets. This was not the case. I explain to the man who was scanning our tickets about the situation and he said he could only let me through if I had the barcode from the AXS app for my tickets. He told me to go to box office. I go to box office, explain the same situation, and she said there was nothing she could do because I bought through the third party app (ticketmaster). She told me my best bet was to call ticketmaster. Once again, I received no help. I was NOT let into the venue, and had to listen to the concert OUTSIDE of the venue, as my tickets DID NOT TRANSFER. I spent money on these tickets. I worked hard for the money I used on these tickets. I was excited to go see him. my sister and I were (and still are!!!) so upset. At this point, i’d just like my money back, it’s not fair that I had to spend money on something ticketmaster didn’t even SEND ME. I can’t even see him because that was the last date of the tour. i’m so furious and really disappointed
