* weeds ago Ireplaced a receiver via UPS. I returned the old one. After about * weeks the remote, only sometimes, talked to the receiver. After dealing with this for a week, I called and was sent a new remote. I still am experiencing the same problem. this Last night we had a big storm and this AM all receivers had to be rebooted. The one I am haaving problems after rebooting carried the following message: press OK to investigate norton life lock and will not go away. I have not pressed OK.
